Meet Your Team

Fourth East has one Community Coordinator (CC) and three Residential Life Assistants (RLAs) who help support, engage, and ensure the safety of all Fourth Easters during their time at NCSSM. Read on to learn more about them!

Community Coordinator

Grant Paramore (he/him/his)

Hi! My name is Grant and I am the Fourth East Community Coordinator (CC). As a CC, my goal is to help make sure that every student is developing socially, physically, intellectually, culturally and emotionally. On Fourth East, I hope to build a caring and engaged community so that everyone feels supported in their time at NCSSM!

I grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina and attended Hampden-Syndey College where I gained my BA in Philosophy in May 2023. While at Hampden-Syndey, I was a Residential Advisor for three years and a freshman advisor for two. It was working as an RA that I gained a passion for Residence Life and mentorship. Following graduation, I worked during the summer as a YMCA Summer Camp Counselor where I obtained my certification as a lifeguard and first aid responder.

Residential Life Assistants

Xander Bethea

             (he/him/his)

Hey my name is Xander Bethea I’m from Burlington which is in Alamance County (336 on top). I’m on the school’s soccer and track team despite my hatred towards running. I also love going out to get food on Ninth Street with friends. I’m excited for this upcoming school year and if you have any questions or need advice you can always reach out to me.

James Alligood

(he/him/his)

Hello everybody! My name is James and I am from Washington, NC. I am a servant of YHWH the God of Heaven and Earth, who has graciously provided me a way to draw closer to him through Jesus. In gratitude for his great mercy, I make it a priority to share the love he has given me with others. I am excited to be working alongside Xander and Ajrian on the RLA team as we begin the academic year and find a new community on 4th East. I want to give a warm welcome to all of the incoming juniors and look forward to building relationships with each of you throughout the school year. To my fellow seniors, welcome back. I hope everybody has enjoyed a fun and restful summer and is ready to “Accept the Greater Challenge” this year.

Ajrian Villaneuva

(he/him/his)

Hey everyone! My name is Ajrian and I’m one of three RLA’s living in Fourth East. A little bit about myself is that I enjoy traveling and seeing new places outside of my home city: Fayetteville. I love languages and learning about different cultures as well. I love the performing arts which is where you will likely find me throughout the school year, singing in chorale, unichords, and colours performances, acting in musicals and potentially plays, and others. I try to stay active by participating in Cross Country and running Track and Field in the Spring as well! Overall, I’m very active on campus meeting new people, hanging out with friends, and enjoying events and things on and off campus
